There’s nothing wrong with feeling upset or down. There’s no such thing as having a perfectly balanced life. There is no such thing as full-time happiness (even though our culture shames you into “Positivity Posturing” a major pet peeve of mine!). One of my great passions is normalizing your upset and helping you skillfully move through difficult emotions. You’ll learn effective mindfulness techniques to get you calm, and insightful ways to deal with the demands of your busy life that build trust in yourself.
I’ve experienced several major life challenges and I can honestly say, I have come out the other side a deeper, calmer, more understanding, and more intentional person.
